Course Description
An IT Support/computer Technician is responsible for providing assistance to users on both a hardware and software basis including the purchasing, configuring, maintaining and updating software and licenses on the variousd users PC’s.
As an IT support technician, you will be starting along the path to studying computer sciences, becoming a network technician and will be in a position not only to work in a company, but to start a business as a computer support technician.
There are various recognised outcomes including NQF certification as well as Microsoft certifications.
