Course Description

An effective project manager is a well disciplined, organised and confident person who is able to accept the responsibility for managing all aspects of a project, from the planning to implementation and monitoring of the progress.

The project management course will equip the student with the necessary skills that are required to run any project from an idea right up to implementation.  The course is an introductory, yet comprehensive course in overseeing a wide range of projects and the processes needed not to merely survive but to prosper in a fast pasted business environment.
