Course Description

The hospitality sector is a fast growing sector in South Africa and offers excellent work opportunities in all aspects of the hospitality industry, from Front office reception, to food and drink and everything in between, but management positions in the hospitality are the best paid jobs and offer many interesting and varied opportunities.

In hospitality, passion for travel and people are essential if you are going to make a long term career in hospitality management. Hospitality management is a 24/7, 365 job where you could be called upon to deal with an issue in the early hours of the morning or need to deal with guests who demand extra ordinary services and you need to do it with a smile.

In the hospitality industry, you are a representative of your country, it’s culture and are the first port of call for tourists from around the World. It is an incredibly responsible position and it is also your job to ensure that whomvever you come into contact with, will want to return to the country and the establishment you work for.
