The Supervisory Management short course will equip any person with the necessary skills to be successful in any supervisory position, by focusing on and improving important skills, such as planning and organizing, managing staff conflicts and effective leadership.

This course can take as long as a duration of 24 months, however average time for completion varies from 12 to 18 months. To apply for supervisory management course the minimum entry requirement is a grade 9 (Std7) and at least 16 years old with the ability to read and write in English, the language of instruction.
